What areas do you cover?

We are based in Rhondda Cynon Taff but cover the whole of South Wales.

What is your availability?

We offer a prompt response 24:7:365.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. We have cover up to £3 million.

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond to all enquiries with 24 hours. If your problem is more urgent, we can respond quicker - simply let us know!

I do not want others to notice I have a pest control problem. How discreet is the service?

Discretion is very important to us. Our technicians work in the background away from prying eyes and our vehicles are not liveried.

Are you qualified to undertake pest control?

All our technicians are qualified to a minimum standard dictated by the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) Level 2. We also undertake regular ongoing training through the BASIS PROMPT Professional Pest Controllers Register, a CPD scheme recommended by the BPCA.

What are your working hours?

We respond to standard enquiries between 8am and 5pm, but are available 24:7:365 for an additional call out fee.

Are you fully insured?

We are fully covered up to £3million with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Do you guarantee your service?

Depending on the service you require and pest control problem, we do offer guarantees. You should check with your technician beforehand for specific details.
